Induction Program for Employability.life Training Program

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is pleased to announce a Fully Sponsored International Training Program in collaboration with Employability.life and Federation University, Australia.

Students were oriented on Cybersecurity, AI, and Machine Learning modules, assessments, and career pathways. Interactive activities like Paper Airplane Making and Longest Paper Chain Challenge promoted creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. The program motivated students, created awareness of international opportunities, and laid the foundation for industry-ready learning.

Smart India Internal Hackathon 2025

The Internal Hackathon at DPGITM for SIH 2025 showcased students’ innovative problem-solving skills, with idea presentations, expert feedback, and mentorship. Teams developed creative solutions across themes like Smart Automation, Meditech, Green Energy, Blockchain, and Smart Vehicles. The top teams have been shortlisted to represent DPGITM at the national level, contributing to India’s vision of fostering innovation and practical technology solutions.

Road Safety Awareness Visit

DPGITM organized a Road Safety Awareness Visit for B.Tech 1st year students on 25th September 2025 at Hero MotoCorp, Sec-29, Gurugram.

The session was highly informative, focusing on the significance of traffic rules, responsible driving, and road safety measures. Mr. Ravi Sharma, Trainer from Hero MotoCorp, provided practical training to students, enhancing their understanding through real-life demonstrations.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all mentors and Heads of Departments of applied science for their support and coordination in making this event successful.

Report on Engineers’ Day Celebration at DPGITM

Engineers’ Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 15th September at DPG Institute of Technology and Management (DPGITM) to commemorate the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sir M. Visvesvaraya, one of the greatest engineers of India.

The program began with a floral tribute to Sir M. Visvesvaraya, followed by a welcome address by the faculty members. Various activities such as poster presentations, innovative ideas and debate competitions were organized, showcasing the creativity and innovative spirit of the students.

Students of B.tech highlighted the importance of engineering in nation-building and shared inspiring thoughts on the role of engineers in shaping society.

Respected Director sir appreciated the efforts of the students and faculty in making the celebration a success and motivated everyone to follow the ideals of Sir M. Visvesvaraya in their professional lives. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Registrar sir.

Seminar for ME, ECE, EE, CSE and Civil Engineering students with Mr. Ashcharya Bansal

The Department of Mechanical Engineering at DPGITM successfully organized a seminar for ME, ECE, EE, CSE and Civil Engineering students with Mr. Ashcharya Bansal, a renowned Thermal Engineering expert. He motivated students on the benefits of higher studies and shared valuable tips on preparing for competitive exams like GATE. Special thanks to the faculty member for coordinating the seminar.
