On August 15, 2024, DPGITM College celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day with a series of activities that brought together the esteemed faculty and management. The event was marked by patriotic fervor and a shared commitment to the values that define our nation.
The day commenced with the ceremonial hoisting of the national flag by the Chairman, Sh. Gopi Chand Gahlot, in the presence of Managing Director, Dr. Preeti Gahlot, and Director, Prof. R.C. Kuhad. The tricolor fluttered proudly against the sky as the National Anthem echoed across the campus, instilling a sense of unity and pride among all present.
Following the flag hoisting, the management and faculty engaged in a tree plantation drive on the college grounds. This initiative underscored the institution’s dedication to environmental sustainability, with participants planting saplings as a symbol of growth and commitment to a greener future.
