Our students of DPGITM participated in a Hackathon (KRMU 3.0) hosted by K.R. Mangalam University from March 5, 2024 to March 7, 2024. This event served as an exceptional platform for our student participants to exhibit their coding prowess and problem-solving acumen.

Under the mentorship of Ms. Swati Sharma, a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering, the students worked on their project titled “Musical Therapy using Facial Recognition,” which demonstrated both innovation and technical proficiency. Despite contending with formidable competition, our team gained invaluable experience, refined their collaborative abilities and acquired proficiency in emerging technologies.

The event proved to be an excellent opportunity for networking and personal growth for our students, further fueling their enthusiasm to engage in future hackathons.
